Job Title: General Manager – Fitness Sales Manager
Reports to: Franchise Owner
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Xponential Fitness is the largest global franchise group of boutique health and wellness brands across a variety of verticals including Pilates, barre, cycling, rowing, dance, yoga, boxing, functional training, stretching, and metabolic health.
POSITION:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the designated studio(s) to ensure the studio is well-maintained and that customer service standards are upheld to Xponential Fitness standards. He/she will oversee all aspects of studio functionality including Sales and Operations as well as the direct supervision of Wellness Advisors and Teachers. He/she must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of PC/Mac computers, able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented and have a drive and passion for sales and service.
